What are the Nevada CLE Reporting Procedures?
Attendance Reporting Procedure: Attorneys are required to complete their 13 hours of MCLE credits by December 31. Attendance reporting deadline is January 31 for providers. Attorneys who have met their MCLE requirements, even if not reflected fully on their transcript due to courses taken near the compliance deadline must login to affirm their attendance and compliance.
Login to your account on the regulator?s website, go to license renewal, item #5 is to affirm compliance. If affirmation is not done by December 31, there will be an automated late fee of $100.00. Late fee may be added for attorneys that don?t show all 13 hours. However, if affirmation was done by December 31, fees will automatically be removed after attendance is reported by provider.
MCLEZ reports attendance to the state within 30 days of the attorney's completion of a program. Please make sure to provide your attorney license number in your account under My Profile, so we can report your attendance.
