What are the general Illinois MCLE Rules?
Online MCLE Rule Summary: Attorneys must complete a minimum of 30 credits, which include six hours of specifically approved programs in professionalism, diversity issues, mental illness and addiction issues, civility, or legal ethics, during the current compliance period, and for each 2 year period thereafter. All 30 credits may be earned online at MCLEZ. There is a separate MCLE requirement for newly admitted attorneys.
